About the RoleWe are seeking a high-energy, experienced professional with strong interpersonal and supervisory skills to join our growing Tax practice. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of tax reporting and obligations, as well as the ability to provide technical advice and solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review compliance and advisory work for a broad client base, including high net worth individuals, trusts, partnerships, and corporations.
- Research and write at an advanced level, providing comprehensive solutions to clients based on analysis.
- Assist companies in understanding and assessing the tax impact of business operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee staff and senior(s), coordinating day-to-day duties and communicating with partners on work status and client issues.
- Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in taxation and advisory services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Formal mentoring relationships with all levels of staff, promoting a culture of growth and development.
