Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Leader to spearhead our engineering initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in technology leadership, hands-on development, and collaboration.

The Role:

This position involves providing technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, delivery, and continuous learning. You will contribute to development projects, working on tasks in various programming languages, including Node.js, Python, React or Vue, HTML, and CSS. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure technology solutions align with business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a team or project leadership role.
  • Proficient in Node.js, PHP, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing complex custom software projects.
  • Strong background in collaborative aspects of successful engineering projects, such as estimation, stakeholder alignment, creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
