The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments as needed.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements
  • New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse and current registration or valid permit to practice in New York State as an R.N.
  • Basic Life Support Training
  • Infection Control Training
  • Associates Degree in Nursing Required
  • Bachelors in Nursing preferred
  • Certification in specialty preferred
  • 1 year of RN experience preferred
  • Effective English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems
