Role Summary

The Merchandiser will play a crucial role in enhancing product visibility and driving sales through effective merchandising strategies. This position involves organizing and displaying merchandise in an appealing manner to attract customers and facilitate sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting customers, and providing assistance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for current and upcoming merchandise.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Showcase products effectively across various retail settings.
  • Design and uphold visually appealing displays.
  • Regularly rotate and replenish stock on shelves at all retail locations.
  • Manage damaged and returned merchandise promptly and efficiently.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to attendance.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • 1-2 years of experience in merchandising is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills, along with proficiency in time management, mathematics, inventory management, data entry, and computer applications.
  • Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing between 10-50 lbs. and occasionally lift heavier items.
  • Capability to stand, bend, walk, and stretch for extended periods.
Work Environment:

This position is based in a dynamic retail environment, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to merchandising tasks.
