Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team dedicated to enhancing our third-party relationships and supporting internal initiatives related to these partnerships.
  • Lead the strategic development of future merchandising plans and ensure effective execution.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key partners, focusing on mutual benefits and sustainable collaboration.
  • Assess partnership requirements and spearhead the creation of new agreements and their implementation.
  • Monitor the execution and performance of partnership agreements, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments.
  • Streamline internal communication, reporting, and contract management for third-party partners.
  • Evaluate internal capabilities and provide support across various stakeholders.
  • Identify untapped channels or trade classes.
  • Propose contract modifications to enhance benefits for both PurposeBuilt Brands and third-party partners.
  • Analyze data to monitor order trends and facilitate timely decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports on partnerships to senior leadership.
  • Act with urgency to ensure operational plans are executed, performance targets are met, and cross-functional teams are informed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and partnership management within the consumer goods or household products sector.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • A proven history of successfully cultivating and managing strategic partnerships.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • An analytical mindset capable of interpreting data to make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
