Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Technical Lead to lead our testing efforts for an in-house warehouse design and simulation tool. This hybrid onsite position in Charlotte requires a strong understanding of full-cycle testing, including requirements analysis, test case development, and automated script maintenance. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for guiding a team of QA engineers, creating strategies, and executing regression testing.

About the Role

This is a critical position that involves guiding a team of QA engineers to validate complex systems, ensuring quality in mission-critical product releases. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Test Framework design practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines are essential. Proficiency in C# and Selenium is also required. Experience with Jira and TestRail is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide the QA team to validate complex, distributed systems end-to-end.
  • Create strategies and execute regression testing.
  • Work with development teams to develop test plans and ensure thorough verification through manual and automated methods.
  • Participate in Agile/SCRUM exercises to ensure effective team management.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
