About the RoleThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator will play a vital role in coordinating nursing care, managing staff schedules, and promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration. This individual will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for enhancement and implement evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create an environment of open communication and respect.
- Support patient-centered care by engaging in service recovery and addressing patient concerns promptly.
- Assist with staff scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing levels and promoting effective time management.
- Manage inventory control and supplies, ensuring optimal use of resources.
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate nurse leader who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced emergency room setting and be certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse licensure and certification in ACLS and BCLS.
- Experience working in an emergency room or similar acute care setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
