Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop manufacturing processes and techniques to improve quality and efficiency
  • Recommend design changes to reduce costs and improve product performance
  • Interact with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve processes
  • Develop procedures and work instructions to ensure safety and quality
  • Oversee capital projects and coordinate with the Quality Manager to achieve internal defect reduction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Preferred qualifications include Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Technology (MMET), Mechanical, or Industrial degrees
