We are currently in search of a skilled Production Team Supervisor to enhance our expanding sub-assembly team. If you are eager to engage with top-tier technology in a climate-controlled setting and play a vital role in a customer-centric organization, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide a team of members, ensuring alignment with the Production Manager's objectives and the overall production goals of the company.
  • Uphold safety protocols consistently throughout the production process.
  • Conduct product inspections in accordance with company standards to guarantee quality and uniformity; address any issues that arise.
  • Provide training to new team members on effective assembly practices.
  • Assemble machinery, fabricated metal components, electrical devices, and more following established guidelines.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, or similar documents to build according to specifications.
  • Utilize various machinery and hand tools to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain logs, records, and reports related to production, machine upkeep, and product discrepancies.
  • Ensure a safe and organized workspace by adhering to established procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, anticipating supply needs, placing orders, and confirming receipt of materials.
  • This position operates Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of production processes.
  • Experience with small hand tools is preferred.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination is essential.
  • Ability to distinguish between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Manual dexterity is required for product assembly as directed.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs as necessary and regularly lift 25 lbs.
  • Ability to reach overhead, bend, stand, stoop, and squat as required.
  • Compliance with required personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
