As a Registered Nurse - Psychiatric, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to address their unique requirements.
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patients' conditions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
