Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed therapist or mental health professional to join our team. As a psychotherapist, you will conduct sessions in person and online, providing services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
  • Master's degree or doctoral degree in a related field
  • Current state license as a LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, LPC (Assoc.), or Psychologist
  • Criminal and DFPS background check
  • Willingness to work a minimum of 15 hours per week to start, and build to full-time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Dedication to maintaining a high standard of professional practice
  • Desire to develop a career with Resiliency Psychological Center LLC
  • Team-oriented and collaborative, yet resourceful with initiative
  • Strong motivation to stay abreast of the newest research and therapeutic approaches
  • Specialized training/certifications in specific psychotherapies (e.g., EMDR, CPT, TF-CBT, PCIT, Registered Play Therapist)
  • Interest and experience in work with children and teens, or couples
