RN - Emergency Room Nurse (Evening Shift) - Rock Island

About the Role:
Raisso is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team in Rock Island. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
- Float to Bettendorf and/or Moline campus as needed
Requirements:
- 2 years of current clinical experience in the required specialty
- Active Illinois RN license at time of submission
- Proof of application for IA RN single state license or Compact RN license if IA RN license is not active
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date
- License verification
- Copy of BLS (AHA) or ARC

Raisso's Trinity Rock Island facility is a 327-bed hospital that provides a range of services, including Level II Trauma Center and rapid assessment area emergency department, heart and vascular services, and seven state-of-the-art surgery suites.
