Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Job Overview
Volt is a dynamic company seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inventory management, receiving, and warehouse operations. They will be responsible for conducting regular inventory counts, inspecting shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accuracy
• Inspect and verify incoming shipments to ensure they match purchase orders
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods
• Keep the shop clean and organized for a safe and efficient workspace

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams
• Proficiency with inventory management software and systems
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Skills
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes, including preparing documentation such as packing slips or bills of landing
• Familiarity with forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus (forklift certification is desirable)
• Strong communication skills to interact with vendors, drivers, and internal teams

Compensation
This position offers a competitive salary range of $17-$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health, dental, vision, term life, short-term disability, AD&D, 401(k), sick time, and paid leaves (as required by law).
