IT Department Head

We are seeking an IT Department Head to lead our team in operational and strategic planning, fostering innovation, and managing resources effectively.

• Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and systems.
• Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
• Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
• Direct research on potential technology solutions in support of procurement efforts.
• Keep current with the latest technologies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT management and be able to work effectively with various stakeholders. The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

• 8+ years of experience in IT management
• Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure and systems management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
