Supporting Student Success: The Role of an Education Assistant

In our schools, we believe that every student deserves a supportive and nurturing environment that helps them thrive academically, spiritually, and socially. As an Education Assistant, you will be a vital part of this effort, working closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students who require extra help. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of our students.
- Providing individualized support to students, either one-on-one or in small groups, to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Collaborating with teachers to identify areas where students may need additional support and developing plans to address these needs.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in education or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year.
