Job Description:

This role is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatric provider to join our multidisciplinary care team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families. As a leader in our Partial Hospitalization Program, you will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine the best course of treatment
  • Provide direct clinical care in psychiatry, including medication management and therapy
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Lead staff education sessions to promote excellence in psychiatric care
  • Participate in on-call rotation to ensure around-the-clock coverage

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in medicine or osteopathic medicine required
  • Board certification in psychiatry required
  • Licensure to practice medicine in MN (or ability to obtain)
  • Current DEA certification and NPI registration required
  • Ability to meet credentialing requirements for hospital privileges
