Role ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to assigned patients, adhering to established standards of practice and organizational policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Practicing autonomously within the scope of professional standards and regulations.
- Providing age-appropriate patient care tailored to the developmental needs of individuals.
- Delegating care tasks to other nursing team members based on licensure and scope of practice.
- Conducting thorough nursing assessments and collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
- Demonstrating cultural sensitivity and understanding towards diverse patient backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree from an accredited nursing program, with a minimum of an Associate Degree or Diploma.
- A valid nursing license to practice in the relevant state.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), with additional advanced life support training as required.
We encourage our nursing staff to engage in ongoing education and skill development to maintain clinical competency and enhance patient care quality.
