Job Summary

The Property Manager will oversee the overall performance of the property, including budget preparation, leasing support, team management, and operational oversight. This role requires strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to respond to property needs 24/7.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve property goals.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Oversee leasing efforts, including tenant relations and marketing.
  • Manage security, janitorial, and other contracted services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, reforecasting, and monthly reporting.
  • Review and manage accounts receivable.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in shopping center management or a related field. ICSC, IREM, or BOMA designations are a plus. The candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, intermediate to advanced math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
