Job Summary

Kohler is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Paralegal to provide legal support to our U.S. Commercial Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting contracts, conducting first-round contract reviews, and administering our contract management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management
    • Lead the creation and organization of commercial and real estate contracts.
    • Conduct first-round contract reviews and provide redlines based on prior experience and our internal contract playbook.
  • Contract Administration
    • Manage the creation and workflow of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) for U.S. businesses.
    • Administer our global contract management systems and other software platforms.
  • Research and Analysis
    • Research relevant laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide general administrative assistance and organization for the Commercial Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate's degree with relevant experience.
  • At least 3+ years of commercial legal experience required (or similar paralegal experience). Real estate legal experience a plus.
  • At least 3+ years of systems administration experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with accuracy, while adhering to tight deadlines.
