Position Overview:
Ebenezer provides a comprehensive compensation package that includes competitive hourly wages starting at $26 per hour, with wage determinations based on relevant experience.

Additional compensation is available for evening and overnight shifts.


Towerlight on Wooddale is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide to deliver personal care services and receive training to administer medications, thereby enhancing the physical and emotional well-being of our senior residents in a premier assisted living and memory care facility.

Work Schedule:
This position entails a commitment of 48 hours over a two-week period, including:

- Evening shifts with a $1/hr shift differential
- Rotation every other weekend and during vacation periods

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility support.


- Under the supervision of a Nurse, provide essential health-related services, including medication administration, glucose monitoring, and vital sign checks.

Additional Duties May Include:
- Performing laundry and cleaning tasks
- Assisting with meal service
- Supporting resident activities

- Observing residents and reporting any changes in their condition to the appropriate staff
- Aiding in the onboarding process for new team members.

Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- Effective communication abilities, demonstrating compassion and kindness towards residents and colleagues in a collaborative environment.

- A genuine interest in working with a diverse senior population.

- CNA certification required for candidates under 18.

Preferred Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or GED, or completion of a formal Nursing Assistant program.
