Store Organization:

- Replenish bags, packaging materials, and labels as needed.

Sales Support:

- Provide suggestions based on current trends and promotions tailored to individual customer needs.

- Utilize a Point-of-Sale system to handle transactions, including cash, credit, and gift cards, ensuring accurate change is returned to customers.

- Manage cash funds and maintain accurate sales records.
- Complete necessary paperwork and assist with inventory processes.

Dependability:
- Follow the assigned work schedule reliably.
- Ensure thorough completion of all tasks.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
Product Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems is preferred.

Experience:
- Previous retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Communication Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting instructional documents.

Mathematical Skills:
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and the ability to make change accurately.

Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to multitask while providing attentive service to customers.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative when needed.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
This role involves continuous movement, including talking, hearing, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. may be required. The work environment is primarily indoors, with some tasks potentially assigned outdoors.
