Incineration Blends Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Incineration Blends Chemist to join our team at Clean Harbors in Kimball, NE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and executing the high-temperature destruction of hazardous and non-hazardous materials through our industrial incinerator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to ensure successful achievement of production goals
- Directly oversee the scheduling of waste materials into the facility, ensuring compliance with all safe work practices and policies
- Collaborate with plant management to implement operational improvement strategies and maximize efficiencies throughout the unit
- Ensure all work meets applicable QA/QC guidelines and compliance parameters, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Perform month-end inventory reconciliation and management, and complete all required paperwork associated with tracking waste
Requirements:
- 3 years of industrial operations experience, with a willingness to train recent college graduates
- 4-year Chemical Engineering Bachelor's Degree (B.S) in a science-related field, with advanced chemical knowledge
- Computer skills and proficiency with office applications, including MS Excel and Outlook
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid US driver's license, and authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
