About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Professional in the Powersports industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting the right powersports vehicle, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
  • Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft by understanding and demonstrating their characteristics, capabilities, and features.
  • Develop qualifying buyers and close sales, utilizing proactive sales techniques and a well-structured sales process.
  • Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross-selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans.
  • Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with our brand, product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1+ year experience in customer service (customer-facing roles).
  • Minimum of 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills.
  • Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and overtime.
  • Attention to detail and organized.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork- works well with others and helps even when not asked.
  • Proficiency with the Office Suite of applications, smartphone, email, and social media apps.
  • Riding experience and current motorcycle endorsement are desired, but not required.
