This role involves providing technical assistance and support for desktop and PC systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various computer hardware and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Remove existing dual 24" monitors, docking stations, headsets, and webcams.
2. Some locations may require the removal of monitor arms; proficiency with electric screwdrivers is advisable.
3. Configure and install new 38" Dell monitors.
4. Set up Cisco 4K webcams and Jabra wireless headsets, along with Jabra speakerphones in office environments with doors.
5. Coordinate activities across multiple buildings and floors.
Logistics:
All necessary equipment will be provided, including monitors shipped directly to the site. Webcams and headsets will be sourced from customer stock. Proper disposal of e-waste and trash will be managed in accordance with company protocols.
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive hourly rate on a contract basis.
