About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist PRN to join our team at HCA Florida JFK North Hospital. As a CT Technologist PRN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scan equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnosing medical conditions
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and obtain consent
  • Collaborate with physicians and other imaging staff to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Practice aseptic and sterile techniques for all procedures
  • Work within the CT Technologist scope of practice according to hospital policies and procedures
  • Follow general infection control measures and department-specific protocols
  • Complete required documentation accurately and efficiently
Requirements
  • Current Florida licensure as a General Radiographer
  • ARRT certification
  • Ability to acquire CT certification within 6 months of hire
