We have an immediate requirement for a Construction Site Manager for a project.

Recently, our parent company consolidated a portion of our highly skilled staff to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to better serve our clients. The LiRo Group is a robust firm with multiple offices across the region.
Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager.
- Conduct inspections of construction activities to ensure adherence to building codes and project specifications.
- Examine all materials upon arrival to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Document inspections and report any instances of non-compliance.
- Coordinate the scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Oversee work and materials to guarantee that quality control standards are met throughout various project phases.
- Perform inspections or arrange for inspectors to comply with safety and regulatory requirements at each job site.
- Maintain a detailed daily log of visitors, job actions taken, materials used, and issues resolved on-site.
- Identify and address problems and conflicts, organizing meetings and coordinating with team members across various roles as necessary.
- Experience in site preparation and grading is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ProCore is advantageous.
- Ability to develop and communicate a project work plan, monitor workforce and performance against that plan, and conduct detailed comparisons of design drawings to ensure coordination among various project trades.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with clients and construction contractors/subcontractors.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

-Compensation: Minimum: $145,000; Maximum: $176,000. The range provided reflects the salary that the Firm believes, in good faith, it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidates' qualifications and location.
The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
