About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Associate II to join our team at Lonza. As a key member of our Cell Therapy team, you will be responsible for providing a safe and controlled work environment in all areas of expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the definition and execution of Operational Readiness Activities for Cell Therapy projects
  • Collaborate with CT Manufacturing Leadership team to incorporate process and operational improvements
  • Work with customer SMEs to transfer in and maintain customers' processes in production facility
  • Provide effective trainings for manufacturing staff related to new equipment or systems
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent minimum; AS/BS preferred
  • Preferred area of study: Science related discipline, degrees in Genetics are relevant
  • Prior work experience in a cleanroom, laboratory, or other sterile setting is preferred
  • Able to follow documentation procedures for day-to-day tasks in a regulated industry
