Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Intellistars Therapy. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children with ASD in their homes
  • Maintain positive and professional communication with the team, clients, and their families
  • Collect and analyze data during sessions to inform treatment plans and implement behavior support strategies
  • Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement ABA principles and teaching procedures
  • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Communicative and collaborative

  • Goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
Requirements:
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
