As the Insulation Project Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the implementation of insulation systems while ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of insulation construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and timelines.
  • Provide leadership and technical support to all team members involved in insulation tasks.
  • Engage in contract discussions and resolve any conflicts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with company leadership, support staff, clients, and site personnel.
  • Ensure high-quality work standards are met in alignment with company values, contributing to long-term success.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in the Oil & Gas sector is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Cryogenic Insulator, with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Must be able to pass Cryogenic Insulation VOC prior to site mobilization.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to work permit regulations for Canada.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures is essential.
  • Completion of a project-specific pre-employment medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing, is mandatory.
