Job Summary

FACE FOUNDRI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Esthetician to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading by example, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional guest services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Demonstrate high standards for customer service, image standards, and consistently execute FACE FOUNDRI expectations.
  • Financial Performance: Meet or exceed financial metrics, including service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking, skin treatments, retail revenue, retention/turnover, and contribution goals.
  • Staff Management: Identify opportunities for growth within staffing, average ticket, and rebooking. Manage all personnel, including training, product knowledge, skills development, loss prevention knowledge, performance management, safety, recognition, and legal compliance.
  • Technical Product Training: Ensure all technical product training classes are attended.
  • Supply Management: Place and check in supply orders timely and within budget.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with social media and marketing events.
Requirements
  • Esthetics: 6 months to 1 year of experience (Preferred)
  • Retail or Service Industry: 1+ year of experience (Preferred)
