About the Role

The successful candidate will assist the Quality Control team with daily activities, including inspecting products, validating correct product allocation, and adhering to labeling specifications. They will also be responsible for reporting any exceptions to customer specifications to department leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet or exceed customer specifications.
  • Validate correct product allocation and ensure proper labeling.
  • Report any exceptions to customer specifications to department leaders.
  • Flex between shipping, receiving docks, and production departments to assist with quality control inspections.
  • Oversee floor operations when department leaders are unavailable.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a related field (quality, inspection, audit) required.
  • Proficiency in English language with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally; Spanish as a second language would be an asset.
  • Must be a self-starter and willing to work flexible hours.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, JDA or NAV experience preferred.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment with controlled temperature zones.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 30 lbs. with or without accommodations.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Weekly pay with direct deposit or cash card options.
