JOB SUMMARY
POSITION OVERVIEW
Veselka is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and organized individuals to join our vibrant team in the Takeout department. We are looking for team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE
- Morning shifts typically start at 7:30 or 8 AM and conclude around 3 PM.
- Evening shifts commence at 3 PM and continue until approximately 11 PM.
We particularly welcome candidates with weekday morning availability, although all applicants are encouraged to apply.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Takeout position involves:
- Organizing and packaging to-go orders received from the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Completing beverage orders and managing the overall presentation of takeout items.
- Operating as the Cashier, entering orders into our Point of Sale system from various delivery platforms.
- Answering phone inquiries and taking orders both over the phone and in person.
- Processing payments, including cash and credit card transactions.
As a member of the Takeout team, you will greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, assist them with their orders, and provide information as needed.
CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMITMENT
Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer receives prompt, professional, and courteous service.
