About the Job: We are currently seeking a skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our team in a Level-III NICU setting. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of NNP experience and be certified by the NNP Board.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and other specialists to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for critically ill babies
- Work closely with families to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must be a Master's Degree holder or higher in Nursing, with current certification as an NNP by the NNP Board. Additionally, you must hold a Florida License and have at least 2 years of employment experience as an NNP.
