Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides warm and friendly customer service, demonstrating care and patience.
  • Greets customers in a friendly manner and remembers their names.
  • Responds to calls promptly, takes orders, and assists customers as needed.
  • Collaborates with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Follows company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Punctually attends scheduled shifts.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in various store areas as required.
  • Completes assigned special projects and tasks.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics:

  • Ability to follow instructions and manage basic variables.
  • Basic math skills and capability to interpret written instructions.
  • Effective communication skills and willingness to learn and follow directions.

Education and Experience:

  • No specific educational requirements.
  • Preferred experience of up to six months in a relevant role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform medium physical tasks.
  • Visual acuity, depth perception, and capacity to engage in various physical activities.

Working Conditions:

Exposure to noise, cleaning agents, and varying temperatures.

Equipment Utilized:
