Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in any field with relevant experience in agriculture, or a degree in agronomy, agricultural economics, animal science, crop science, production agriculture, agribusiness, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Competence in using basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and capable of working flexible hours.
- Valid driver's license is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in volunteer management and educational program development.
- Familiarity with local agricultural practices and issues.
