- Assist clients with daily activities, such as communication, sharing, and self-care.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and maintain various postures for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and empathy skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A competitive salary range of $18-20 per hour, based on experience and education.
- Paid 40-hour RBT training course.
- Paid drive time between sessions.
