Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Mixologist to join our team at Cambria Suites Pigeon Forge. The ideal candidate will have experience behind the bar, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include providing excellent service to guests, mixing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of bar tools and techniques, including proper pours and glassware choices.
  • Knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes, as well as beer, wine, and spirits.
  • Ability to craft delicious beverages with consistent standards and focus on quality and efficiency of service.
  • Interact with guests, actively working to build regular clientele and repeat guests by building a knowledge database of preferences and recommendations.
  • Follow cleaning and checkout procedures, handle basic cleaning duties, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Have accurate cash handling and payment processing skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years in a bartending role, preferably in a high-volume, elevated food and beverage organization.
  • Must be 21 to serve and hold a valid ABC license.
  • Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, coffee, tea, and spirits.
  • Knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and proficiency in math and cash-handling skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
