At DC Power Specialists, LLC, we're a family-owned and operated business with a rich history dating back to 1991. As a Cable Installation Specialist - Power Distribution, you'll be part of our team that installs alarming equipment for power distribution in the telecommunications industry.

About the Role

This position offers on-the-job training, allowing you to develop your skills and expertise in a controlled climate environment. You'll work in 2-3 man crews, ensuring efficient installation processes. Our company prioritizes hiring long-term employees, providing opportunities for career growth and advancement.

As a Cable Installation Specialist - Power Distribution, you can expect frequent travel to the north and south-east regions. Most jobs are 3-5 days long, resulting in a typical workweek consisting of travel on Mondays and returning home on Fridays. Although some instances may require working over weekends, these will be limited to no more than two weeks at a time.

No prior experience is necessary; however, having some electrical knowledge will be beneficial. What's more important is a willingness to learn and grow with our company. We offer the IEC Apprenticeship program to help you increase your knowledge in the electrical field. Our travel arrangements are designed to provide a comfortable and convenient experience.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
