Job Title: Sales AssociateJob SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our concept, and working with trainers to guide new members through their first workout.
Key Responsibilities- Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy, providing a positive first impression of our studio
- Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, highlighting the benefits of our unique approach to fitness
- Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first workout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Sell memberships to help our studio thrive, building strong relationships with our clients
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure they have a positive experience and are satisfied with our services
- Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for our clients
We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about fitness and customer service. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
