About the Role:
We're seeking an Apprentice Engineer who shares our passion for excellence and is eager to learn and grow with our team. As an Apprentice Engineer, you'll work closely with our Chief Engineer to provide maintenance and repairs to hotel equipment, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, and interior systems.
- Respond to guest inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
