About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clinicians in delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clinicians with minor medical and surgical procedures
  • Perform various medical procedures and medication administration as appropriate for their certification
  • Obtain, record, and report vital signs and other pertinent patient information
  • Escort patients from waiting areas to exam rooms and transport them to ancillary services as needed
  • Maintain and clean exam and treatment areas, specimen processing areas, and medical equipment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program or relevant experience
  • BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Access to reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ years of experience in an ambulatory care setting
  • Experience in primary care or specialty care settings such as pediatrics, pain management, cardiology, urology, orthopedics, oncology, senior care, OBGYN, urgent care
  • Bilingual English and Spanish language skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00 to $28.27 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. In addition to your salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution.
