Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet client needs.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of ABA therapy.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • BACB RBT certification or a WA Certified Behavioral Tech Credential (WA CBT).
