We are seeking a skilled Stationary Engineer to join our team at GSW Sports, LLC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and corrective repair of our buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieving client requirements.
- Perform assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance; completes maintenance and repair records as needed.
- Review assigned work orders; estimate time and materials needed to complete repair; order necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
- Utilize personal computer and/or PDA for work order system and training.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
- 4 years of related experience and/or trade school training preferred.
- Universal CFC certification preferred.
- High Rise Fire Safety Director Certification preferred.
- Weekly Fire Pump Test Certification preferred.
- Low Voltage NFPA 70E Certification preferred.
- $66.27 per hour.
- Stationary Engineers Local 39 Health and Welfare Plan for eligible represented employees.
