We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager for Residential Services to join our team at People Encouraging People.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and applying residential services, with a focus on monitoring program quality and services. You will also assist in the screening process of prospective residents and employment candidates, as required.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating residential services and monitoring program quality
  • Assisting in the screening process of prospective residents and employment candidates
  • Participating in outside agency activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in client records
  • Monitoring medication and health concerns for clients

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Psychology, and three to five years of experience in the mental health field. Six to eight months of training is required for effective performance.
