Kimbel Mechanical Systems is seeking a highly skilled Residential Journeyman Electrician to lead our electrical workforce and manage projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Lead and empower individuals within the electrical team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Oversee quality control, ensuring all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Manage subcontractors, coordinating their efforts to achieve project goals.
- Inspect, install, modify, repair, and maintain electrical fixtures in gas, water, and drainage systems, adhering to applicable building codes.
- Communicate effectively with builders, general contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
- Valid journeyman or master's license from the State Board of Electrical Examiners.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills, with the ability to empower team members.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Excellent communication skills, essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to work 6am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
- Journeyman and Master Electricians must possess knowledge of commonly used concepts, local city, and national electrical codes, practices, and procedures within the electrical field.
