Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Follow and adhere to resident care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and attention
  • Monitor and report vital signs, including blood pressure, as needed
  • Observe and report any concerns or changes in resident condition to the broader nursing team
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, maintain a clean and hygienic environment, and assist with meal service
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and family members, providing a compassionate and supportive presence
  • Assist with resident transfers, repositioning, and other mobility needs
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology
  • Effective organization and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals and residents
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
