Job Responsibilities

As a Child Care Teacher at Kiddie Korral, your primary responsibility will be to create a nurturing environment that fosters intellectual and psychological growth in our students. Your duties will include:

  1. Designing and implementing engaging lesson plans to promote learning and development
  2. Balancing teaching between logical and social exercises to ensure well-rounded growth
  3. Providing basic care and caregiving activities to meet the physical and emotional needs of our students
  4. Using various teaching methods to enhance the child's abilities, such as storytelling, media, indoor or outdoor games, and drawing
  5. Evaluating children's performance to ensure they are on the right learning track
  6. Maintaining open communication with parents and updating them on their child's progress
  7. Observing children's interactions and promoting a spirit of concord
  8. Identifying behavioral problems and determining the right course of action
  9. Collaborating with other colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment
  10. Adhering to teaching standards and safety regulations established by official sources
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a child care or daycare teacher
  • Excellent knowledge of child development and up-to-date education methods
  • Methodical and creative approach to teaching
  • Patience, flexibility, and a love for children
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Certificate in first aid and CPR
  • Degree in early childhood education (preferred)
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with a 4-day week. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education to our students.
