Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in social services, human services, adult education, family services, early childhood education, or a related discipline is required.
  • At least three years of experience in adult support and early childhood education is essential.
  • Proficiency in gathering, organizing, documenting, and analyzing data is mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and appropriate insurance coverage are necessary.
  • Successful completion of state and federal background checks and drug screenings is required.
  • Physical assessments and tuberculosis screenings are mandatory upon hiring and every two years thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the processes of Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA).
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and enrollment of eligible infants, toddlers, and their families.
  • Handle referrals, assess eligibility, and track children's participation.
  • Address and follow up with families facing attendance challenges.

Compensation:
$40,000 Annually
