Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Kroger. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining check stand ends, power panels, outrigger, crossover merchandise, clip/swing displays, and gift card displays. You will also provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate Company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain check stand ends, power panels, outrigger, crossover merchandise, clip/swing displays, and gift card displays in accordance with company standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to verbal customer comments/complaints
  • Demonstrate Company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED plus 6 months company experience and 1-2 years related retail experience
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass drug test
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work weekends/graveyard shifts, early shifts, and overtime as needed
  • Maintain accuracy/attention to detail and ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects
  • Ability to perform applications in MAGIC and Handheld and proficient with current Company email
  • Familiarity with industry/technical terms/processes and ability to work within set time frames/fixed deadlines
  • Lift truck certification/license
Desired Skills
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure
  • Proficiency with Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO)
  • Deliver excellent customer service and order merchandise
  • Verify CAO orders are complete and perform Replenishment Management System (RMS) requests
  • Coordinate with HBA and GRO Order Clerk to establish Minimums in CAO for Impulse Items
  • Comply with stockroom maintenance standards and order off-shelf merchandise
  • Maintain compliance with divisional signing, recovery, shrink control guidelines, merchandising standards, ticketing standards, planograms, and composites
  • Receive and process freight and perform inventory control functions
  • Verify promotions are set to standard and conduct stock counts
  • Maintain accurate On Hands for Replenishment and CAO items and process product deletions
  • Verify accuracy in pricing integrity and comply with corporate policies
  • Promote and follow Company initiatives and maintain awareness of overstock/understock conditions
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy/attention to detail.
