We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Platform Management and Governance Consultant to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a key member of our Technology CyberSecurity Division's Platform Management team, you will provide platform management and service operations and operational reliability engineering support for the CyberSecurity organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor compliance with a wide variety of enterprise risk management initiatives
  • Provide SME support on compliance processes and documentation requirements
  • Track and adhere to various adherence reporting, including application security compliance, IAM trust framework, code change indicator compliance, and more
  • Ensure records management compliance and BAM data quality
  • Evaluate complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
  • Establish controls and processes to prevent, identify, and address risks in the organization
  • Draft and present risk reports to executive leadership and senior staff
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment using collaboration tools, such as Confluence or Jira
  • 2+ years' experience in risk management, IT Governance, compliance, regulatory, or audit function
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office product suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Advanced skills in Confluence
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated advanced verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven leadership skills and capabilities
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a customer-first approach
